a. Apprenticeship salary for the first month: minimum VND/26 working days/8 hours/day. If the month of apprenticeship, the product salary is higher than VND, the product salary will be calculated.
b. 2nd month: minimum salary VND/26 working days/8 hours/day. If the month of apprenticeship, the product salary is higher than VND, the product salary will be calculated.
c. From the 3rd month onwards: The company will not support. Employees will be paid according to the products they can make. Income from VND dong depends on skills.
Bonus for diligence: Type A is 10% of product salary/month, type B is 5% of product salary/month.
d. Free for the first month of rent (the following months, workers pay for themselves, room rate VND/person, room for 3 people).
e. Paid health insurance and social insurance in the first month.
f. Holidays according to the regulations of the State.
g. Attendance bonus, Tet bonus, year-end bonus, travel once a year.
H. Free lunch at the company cafeteria.
5. Working time: from 7:30 am 11:45 am, 12:45 am 16:30 pm. 1 hour lunch break.
6. Dossier includes:
- Curriculum vitae (with photo stamped, not older than 3 most recent months).
- Health certificate (with a photo stamped by the Hospital, of the commune and ward medical stations is not accepted, not older than the last 3 months).
- Passport book (photo).
- ID card (photo).
- Birth certificate (photo).
