    Job Description

    • Proactively contact and establish relationships with customers, manage and develop customer relationships
    • Receive and take charge of, take care of customers according to available data
    • Learn and research about the company's products to introduce, advise and answer questions for customers.
    • Negotiate with customers about prices and contracts, close deals and assist customers in signing contracts.
    • After-sales customer care, maintaining relationships with existing customers
    • Looking for new customers, need to build data, expand and develop relationships.
    • Monitor and handle arising situations, promptly report to superiors
    • Perform assigned tasks as required by management.
    • Support the team with industry marketing department work as required by superiors.
    • Make periodic reports

    II. Job Requirements:

    • Male/Female, age from 18 to 35 years old
    • High school graduate or higher
    • Diligent, honest, love market work
    • Priority given to those with experience in dairy products / No experience will be trained
    • Good communication skills, hard-working, enthusiastic, dynamic.

    III. Benefits:

    • Income: 10,000,000 15,000,000 VND / month (Basic salary + Allowance + Personal bonus + KPIs bonus)
    • Training: Get training if you have no experience in searching, developing customers, or communicating.
    • Insurance: social insurance and health insurance are paid according to the law
    • Annual leave: 12 days paid leave/year
