Job Description

1. Job Description:

Track and process orders on e-commerce website, social media, company website.
Take care and work at e-commerce sites, social media, company website.
Trading, learn the needs of our customers. Search for potential customers.
Developing the business in the assigned segment/floor/region.
Directly execute and expedite the execution of orders, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time….
Monitor the order fulfillment process, support the accounting department to check, expedite the debt, only complete the responsibility when the customer has finished paying.
Perform some other tasks at the request of the Head of Department or competent authority.
Salary: Salary, bonus based on ability and experience, responsibility allowance, position, seniority, attendance, overtime, lunch allowance, fuel allowance, phone allowance, ... special rate % of sales is quite high.
