JOB DETAILS: Sales and marketing staff will develop monthly and quarterly marketing and sales plans and directly implement activities in their assigned territory.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop monthly, quarterly, and other marketing and sales plans.
- Carry out activities directly within the assigned area:
- Develop and implement a monitoring system for demonstration models of new crop varieties.
- Training sessions, farmer workshops, customer conferences.
- Sales consulting and customer service activities, customer relationship communication;
- Implement sales promotion activities to ensure that assigned sales plans and targets are met.
- Create a work schedule and compile weekly work reports.
REQUEST:- Skills in gathering and analyzing market information.
- Customer service skills, task management, time management.
- Excellent communication skills, quick-witted, and able to handle high pressure at work.
- Teamwork skills, presentation skills, and persuasive abilities.
- Proficient in using computers, Word, and Excel.
- Qualifications: University graduate in agriculture and forestry: specializing in plant breeding, economics, or agricultural extension.
- Tools for work: motorbike and computer
- Priority will be given to those with registered residency in the localities.
