Summary of Role & Responsibilities:
Surint Omya is looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer with a strong technical background and passion for sales to join our Vietnam team, focusing on Calcium Carbonate products in the construction industry.
· Responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical support to customers.
· Sell the company's products in the precast concrete and ready-mixed concrete segments.
Core Responsibilities:
· In-depth understanding of Calcium Carbonate products and its applications in the construction sector.
· Provide technical support to customers in using the product, regarding product specifications, performance and benefits.
· Cooperate with technical team to successfully deploy products in construction projects.
· Provide on-site technical support (construction site, factory) and troubleshoot when required.
· Monitor trends, competitor activities and market developments related to Calcium Carbonate in the construction industry.
· Collaborate with other departments of the company to successfully complete required tasks.
· Build good relationships with current and potential customers.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction industry.
· Prepare and present technical introduction of superior product features to potential customers.
· Forecast quarterly/annual sales volume.
· Support the Accounting department in collecting money from customers and overdue amounts from customers, if any.
· Weekly report to Senior Sales Manager every Wednesday.
· Other sales related duties as required by the Senior Sales Manager.
