• Search and care for customers who need to use domestic and international freight transportation services,... (sea services, customs services, import/export customs clearance... )
• Search for customers, quote prices, consult, carry out procedures, and sign contracts with customers using the Company's freight services.
• Maintain relationships with old customers and develop new relationships.
• Develop, implement, and report plans and work results by day, week, and month to the Department Head
• Maintain and develop the Company's customer network
• Track and monitor orders to ensure delivery progress from receipt to delivery to customers
• Coordinate with accounting, logistics,... departments to complete shipments and track customer debt
• Graduated from University/College majoring in import-export, international business or related fields.
• Have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in the field of Sales Logistics/Forwarding. Understanding of logistics, import and export operations.
• Agile demeanor, good communication, and honesty. Loves work, withstands high pressure and has the ability to negotiate and solve problems.
• Age: 22 – 32
• Good English
• Salary: Basic salary (6 - 8 million) + allowance + % commission.
• Working from Monday to Saturday morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.), closed on Sundays and holidays...
