Job Description

- Job details:

Consulting on Human Resource Development (L&D) solutions for Corporate Clients: Analyzing client needs, recommending suitable solutions, persuading clients, and closing deals (Phone calls, emails, meetings, demos, pitching).
Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with customers, and work alongside them in achieving their business objectives.
Actively seek opportunities for collaboration and expand your network of relationships with businesses, especially at leadership and C-level positions.

- Job requirements:

Minimum 1 year of B2B consulting experience with a proven track record supported by real-world data: revenue, clients, conversion rates, etc.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
The ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
I aspire to advance my career and become a highly skilled expert and leader.

- Benefits received:

Fixed salary: 9 - 12 million VND
Unlimited roses
The current total income of a consultant ranges from 25 to 70 million VND.
Salary reviews are conducted twice a year.
