- In charge of data collection, reports of Sales department
- Daily, weekly, and monthly data reports as required for relevant departments
- In charge of creating new customer accounts / modifying customer information on the system
- Track customer records, fully update information when new customers are available
- Summarize and track the goods of the Sales department
- Updating aggregate, tracking bonus payment data, paying discounts for programs of Sales department
- Working with the purchasing department about services (such as seminars, Mid-Autumn gifts, Tet gifts...) when the service arises.
- Support sales staff (create orders and provide data...) when needed
- Other tasks / some urgent reports at the request of superiors.
