JOB DESCRIPTION
- Learn, understand product features, units of calculation, print catalog, general price list, send quotes via courier, prepare documents and contracts.
- Screening company information, synthesizing information on a list of potential customers.
- Receive quotation information from Manager, take care of old and new customers..
- Receive information, make quotes to support market sales staff, prepare customer access information, store quotation data, and provide customer feedback.
- Follow up the delivery process, control the orders.
- Arrange and keep documents of the Sales Department; receive documents from the Coordination Department, check the validity and transfer them to the Accounting Department to record sales and carry out the procedures for issuing invoices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate or higher graduation.
- Experience from 6 months - 1 year in sales / sales / customer care positions.
- Basic office computer skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Have a motorbike and smartphone/laptop
- Have a sense of responsibility, honesty, diligence
