    Job description:
    • Contact customers from available data provided by the Company (Do not go to the market).
    • Consulting, introducing, sharing to customers about the company's services.
    • Update promotions, discount codes and notifications to unregistered customers
    • Record customer information and Support, guide customers to register for the course.
    • Update information and reports related to management.
    • Take care of customers who have needs but have not yet registered for the course.
    • Direct consultation to potential customers from Facebook channel.
    Working time:
    • Time: Monday - Sunday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
    • Week off time: 1 optional day (One month can only choose 1 Sunday off)
    • Mid-day break: 1.5 hours
    Working place: No. 174, Quang Trung Street, Ward 10, Go Vap District, HCMC
    Candidate Requirements
    • Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in telesales, sales or 6 months in the position of customer care, sales consultant, PG...
    • Clear, fluent voice
    • Good communication, ability to convince customers
    • Clear job orientation, in the field of telesales, customer care, customer service
    • Graduated at least from high school
    • Gender: Female
