    Job Description

    Consulting and order processing

    • Consulting and answering customers about products, orders, policies on importing wholesale/collaborative household goods via online (Zalo, Facebook,..)
    • Place orders on KiotViet system
    • Print and Send orders to the Warehouse for packaging and delivery to customers
    • Update customer payments and track debt
    • Monitor the transportation of goods and product warranty for customers

    Customer care

    • Implement customer care programs, promotions, introduce new products via online channels, etc. for customers to build good relationships with customers and increase revenue.
    • Receive and coordinate handling of customer inquiries and feedback about orders, products, services and customer warranty requests

    Develop new customers and increase revenue

    • Posting news, searching for interested sources to develop new customers (mostly on online channels)
    • Policy consulting, care implementation to convert interested customers (leads) into purchasing customers
    • Implement sales programs and targets

    Reporting and data

    • Update and store information related to customers
    • Update new product code. Make receipts, returns, and refunds on the software
    • Make reports. Store, preserve documents, and secure company data as required
