Job duties
- Plan and implement business plans according to assigned targets
- Search for customers who are in need of providing new or replacement security services, evaluate the feasibility of approached customers
- Synthesize project information, propose approaches to develop plans and participate in bidding for building management and operation services.
- Research, survey the market, find and expand the market and potential customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with investors in new factory projects, industrial parks, urban areas, new buildings, etc.
- Create relationships and take care of customers, meet partners/customers to explore cooperation opportunities, participate in potential projects
- Collect information, exploit and develop projects and regularly update customer management information on the system.
- Prepare documents and conduct bidding work
- Periodic reports on individual work results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6 months, yearly); business results by projects
- Perform other assigned tasks and report to the Company's Board of Directors.
