JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receive data from the Marketing department to advise and support customers with product needs, only text, NO CALLS.
Introduce and discuss with customers about product features and usage through the pancake tool.
Ready to answer customers' questions about goods, if any.
Place orders and track orders.
Report daily work results.
Handle other tasks as requested by superiors.
