Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Track orders, support orders, approve and edit orders for the Sales department;
Divide routes on the system, monitor check in - check out reports of the Market Sales department, and employee timekeeping reports at the end of the month;
Monitor and synthesize work plans of sales staff and area managers by month/quarter/year. Urging the Sales department to ensure implementation according to the proposed plan;
Monitor and update KPIs such as merchandise sales, inventory updates... on the system;
Monitor, update and adjust Distributors' information on the system;
Prepare, draft, process documents and papers, records, contracts, letters... of the Sales department and distributors;
Prepare and monitor seminar and class programs (Submit plans, prepare invitations, orders, promotion programs, price lists, report results);
Receive and process feedback from the Sales department to report to direct superiors. At the same time, disseminate necessary information related to sales and support sales staff;
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly according to regulations and upon request of superiors.

REQUEST

Age: Female from 24 to 29;
Graduating from college or higher;
Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position, preferably in the sales service industry;
Proficient in office computers such as Word, Excel,...
Skills to manage, organize and complete all tasks well;
Sociable, careful, meticulous, responsible and highly proactive.
