JOB DUTIES
- Make quotes to customers, draft contracts.
- Manage and store data, documents, records, official dispatches and papers related to the sales department.
-Receive all comments and suggestions from agents, customers, etc., then send the information to superiors for checking and making reports as required.
-Monitor the target completion rate of employees, motivate employees to keep up with progress to achieve maximum sales targets.
-Participate in supporting and drafting internal documents and papers related to work, meetings, and activities of the sales department.
-Know clearly customer information, classify customers as regular customers, VIP customers. From there, you can come up with appropriate gratitude programs and care policies.
Update sales data and summarize to make reports by day, week, month, quarter, and year.
-Recommend rewards for employees with good performance.
REQUEST:
-Have basic knowledge of Marketing, business, and communications

RIGHT :
- Basic salary: 12 million-15 million according to agreement
- Holidays and New Year holidays according to state regulations and 13th month salary according to Regulations
