Job description:
• Offering all kinds of natural products manufactured by the company
• Search, organize, establish & build relationships with potential customers on website and social networks
• Closing orders
• Dealing with customers via email, phone, chat and face to face
• Check and track order progress, update and coordinate with other related departments to deploy on schedule
• Care and maintain positive relationship with customers
• Resolve requests and questions from customers
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
