    Job Description

    • Process orders, import and export orders, manage customer and partner records
    • Draft, update and edit as well as manage business documents
    • Receive and resolve customer feedback if there are problems related to business activities
    • Aggregate orders, process orders, and organize deliveries Respond to customer inquiries or requests about business services
    • Receive information about customers' opinions, feedback, complaints and requests to handle, answer and advise on quality, service, price, ... for customers.
    • Solve arising problems and problems related to contract performance
    • Maintain a close relationship with customers, remind customers to renew services at the right time to ensure benefits
    • Understand information and classify customers to promptly develop appropriate care policies.

    • Update sales policy, receive quotation requests from the company
