    Job Description

    • Support the operations of the sales department, ensure that customer care reporting paperwork is completed completely, accurately and promptly .
    • Draft and archive contracts, documents, and reports related to business. Manage customer, agent, and distributor records. Enter data and update product information, price lists, and sales policies.
    • Support in making discount lists, promotion programs, support distributors/agents. Collect sales reports from ASMs/SSs/PGs and summarize them weekly/monthly.
    • Support to answer basic questions about products, program price specifications. Record feedback, complaints and transfer to specialized departments for resolution. Maintain contact with distributors and agents about delivery schedules, debts, and policy documents.
    • Track payment debts. Reconcile monthly debts with accountants and distributors/agents. Check delivery documents, invoices, and warehouse receipts. Support in preparing payment documents for promotional programs.
    • Daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Market reports: displays, prices, program effectiveness. Inventory reports, expiry dates and product status.
