    Job details
    • Responsible for cleaning up utensils (cups, bowls, chopsticks, pots...), keeping used utensils separate from clean utensils.
    • Make sure cups, bowls, plates, chopsticks, pots, etc. after washing meet food hygiene and safety standards.
    • Dry items before classifying and arranging them in the correct position.
    • Keeps items from being scratched, chipped or broken.
    • Make sure the sink area is always clean.
    • Report the status of items, promptly notify superiors when there are missing/broken/damaged incidents for quick handling.
    • Ensure kitchen utensils are always complete and clean to serve cooking and serving food/drinks to customers.
    • Work as assigned by the Head Chef.
