1. Undertake training on how to use measuring equipment for machine operators.
2. Receive information about the drawing.
3. Conduct drawing review and propose technological process for production.
4. Perform the initial steps to run the production process such as:
○ Redraw the drawing, review the dimensions and tolerances of the details.
○ Make fixtures.
○ CNC programming.
○ For manufactured products, review the old drawings and processes to see if there are any changes and then proceed with production.
○ For new products:
* Calculate and propose technological processes.
* Run sample first, submit to Production Manager for approval of technological process.
* Issue technological processes after approval.
5. Proceed to edit drawings and technological processes when requested by the Production Manager.
6. Select blanks, make fixtures, test sample products, rewrite new product processing procedures before mass production
7. Implement improvements to fixtures and molds to improve quality, reduce preparations, and increase production productivity.
