JOB DETAILS:
This job requires the ability to receive and analyze requirements from relevant departments regarding garment, textile, or leather products, then design samples, create patterns, adjust samples to ensure aesthetics and technical quality, and inspect and evaluate the quality of sample products.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive information and requests from relevant departments regarding garment, textile, or leather products.
- Analyze requirements, determine specifications, and identify necessary materials.
- Design patterns, create templates, adjust patterns according to requirements, and ensure aesthetic and technical quality.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of the sample product, adjust and refine the sample.
- Monitor and inspect the production process to ensure the product meets the required quality standards.
- Work with relevant departments to resolve issues that arise during the production process.
- Update and store information about samples, products, and related documents.
- Research and understand new trends in the garment, textile, or leather industries to improve products.
REQUEST:
- Graduates with degrees in garment manufacturing or fashion design.
- Possesses knowledge of production processes, materials, and sewing techniques.
- Experienced in using design software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex).
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- They are capable of managing their time and completing tasks on time.
- Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills with relevant departments.
- Capable of reading and understanding technical documents and related standards.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to have: TOEIC 550+, the ability to read technical documents, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in Chinese.
