Monthly make a list of employees who sign the labor contract, draft the labor contract according to the approved list.

Receive resignation letter, list of cut-off from departments, contact employees directly to find out the reason and convince them to return to work (if they are senior and skilled workers).
Guide employees to apply for redo, application for department transfer.
Implementation of transfer, termination, appointment, ... employees on the software.
Receive, deal with or report to the head of the department about the cases of workers violating discipline.
Take fingerprints, create cards and declare on time attendance software.
Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on human resource activities. Prepare reports on HR data for HR meetings, secretary of HR meetings.
Provide information about personnel, serve reports upon request from departments.
