Job Description

Manage operations of multiple motel rooms in the assigned area
Ensure security, order and hygiene in the accommodation area
Resolve problems and complaints from tenants, support customers when necessary
Take pictures of electricity and water meters and collect room rent on time
Responsible for checking the condition of the house, room, bed, etc. and recommending timely treatment to support teams.
Show guests the room, collect deposit, keep deposit slip, sign rental contract with tenant
Manage door locks, cameras, and fire protection of motels
