• In charge of managing, storing and updating project files: contracts, technical documents, fabrication drawings, payment records.
• Monitoring and supervising the daily workload of the production unit, ensuring the schedule and the approved output plan.
• Coordinate and support technical and quality departments as well as processing and manufacturing teams to ensure the production plan is on schedule.
• Manage and supervise construction subcontractors under contract.
• Participating in periodic and ad-hoc meetings on technical issues, quality, materials, human resources,...
• Research, propose measures to handle arising problems related to technique, quality, materials, human resources,... as well as ideas to improve productivity, improve quality, reduce costs of materials, machinery and equipment and labor costs.
• Make daily/weekly reports on output, quality, progress, human resources,...
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Director of the Department of UD.
