+ Monitor end-of-line productivity on an hourly basis, Identify causes of productivity drop and quickly report to production manager and related support department for timely resolution. Also record Downtime (Wasted time) from the time the problem occurred, the solution, the end time. Report at the end of the day to the head of IE and the board of directors .
+ Follow up difficult stages, record videos to contribute improvement ideas for Recording Specialists and department schools. Prepare report of results before and after improvement.
