JOB DUTIES
- Receiving customer order information, processing information on software (ordering) and professional operations to process orders (approved prescriptions, entering books, reporting out of stock... will be trained)
- Receive and process information of orders, contract orders, check inventory, place orders, monitor production progress and deliver on-time delivery.
- Handling post-delivery problems: Deducting customer debts, making damaged goods, returning goods, storing sales documents.
- Receive and handle customer inquiries and complaints about goods, employees, drivers...
- Take care, visit, invite customers regularly.
- Send notices, pictures, videos of new and seasonal goods to customers to invite goods, manage new goods after delivery to customers.
2. Control, urge and recover debts:
- Check the details of each customer's debt, send the debt reconciliation to customers whose debts are due and overdue.
- Based on the signed contracts, control the debt of customers according to the contract to urge debt and collect debt.
- Conduct debt collection, debt collection for due and overdue debts.
- Report to the leadership of customers with special debts, difficult customers, long time no goods, high debts to take measures to handle.
3. Drafting contracts and quotes.
- Make quotation to send to customers (Commodity quotation, competitive quotation ...)
- Support and control the contracts to sign (principle contract, economic contract…) and manage signed contracts.
