    Job Description


    Raw material control
    • Conduct testing, monitor and synthesize data, factors affecting the quality of raw materials.
    • Master the characteristics, technical standards, advantages and disadvantages of materials and conduct evaluation.
    • Monitor and update information on State regulations related to the Company's products in order to adjust raw material standards in accordance with newly issued regulations.
    • Quality check - quantity of input materials before entering warehouse
    • Quality check - quantity of raw materials before handing over to production
    Ensure production process
    • Evaluation of end product storage conditions at the finished product warehouse
    • Assess the condition of the transport vehicle to ensure the requirement to keep the temperature and cold
    • Monitoring product quality through the manipulation of workers during the production process according to the Company's quality standards;
    - Strictly supervise the correct implementation of the process of using machinery and equipment, and check the correct specifications in production.
    • Controlling the process of spraying insecticidal spray in production
    • Check the hygiene of the workplace, handle problems, propose solutions.
    Finished product guaranteed
    • Extensive product inspection at the warehouse when detecting defective products in production, storage and shipment
    • Checking finished products before packing – warehousing – shipping
    • Monitor together with production supervisor/factory manager/warehouse manager the observance of labor protection regulations to ensure product safety and quality;
    • Coordinating with P. Marketing to ensure that the packaging, brand... closely follow the published content.
    Other jobs:
    • In addition, product quality personnel support the following tasks:
    + Instructions on mixing detergents for cleaning tools and equipment and disinfecting for individuals according to the instructions of their superiors;
    + Monitoring the concentration of cleaning and disinfecting chemicals at all stages;
    + Monitoring and testing chemicals and additives;
    + Perform weekly/monthly/yearly reports as required by superiors.
    + Other tasks assigned within the responsibility capacity
