A. Role and responsibility:
- Based on product quality inspection requirements and testing rules, deploy and conduct product inspection and handle cases that do not meet standards.
- Handle feedback on product after-sales quality, discuss solutions with relevant parties to investigate causes and control reasons for defects, develop preventive and improvement measures, and prepare COL or CAP reports to monitor the situation in a timely manner; implement and close COL/CAP.
- Participate in developing, assessing order quality risks, preparing quality plans (including quality risk points and key control actions) and monitoring their implementation.
- Develop appropriate process/SOP documents to control product and brand quality, form systems or processes and standardize operations.
- Establish brand-based customer knowledge, conduct regular reviews and maintain brand quality requirements and standards.
- Regularly evaluate quality performance with the production department, promote quality improvement in the factory and develop KPI compliance plans
- Preside over or coordinate with the production department to implement quality improvement projects.
- In charge of test lab category.
B. Job requirements:
- College degree or higher in related major, priority given to textile industry
- 3 years or more experience in similar position
- Good English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), basic Chinese
- Have certain Testing knowledge
- Ability to collect and analyze basic data, good communication and cooperation skills
