    Job Description

    WORK CONTENT:
    • Ensuring customer service quality at the post office: Welcoming, supporting and consulting customers; Handle customer situations during the process of receiving goods and delivering them
    • Receive projects and information from Operations Management, plan implementation, and evaluate results at the post office in charge.
    • Responsible for controlling goods entering and leaving the post office, periodically checking inventory by day, week, month, and quarter
    • Arrange reasonable staff allocation to ensure post office operations, staff training, and optimal work quality
    • Ensure workplace discipline, periodically evaluate delivery staff's work performance.
    REQUEST :
    • Bachelor's degree from University with good grades or higher
    • Minimum 6 months of practical work experience (from 22-26 years old), priority given to candidates with experience in management, supervision, coordination in the retail, fast-moving consumer goods, and logistics industries
    • Open and progressive thinking
    • Ability to quickly adapt to flexible environments
    • Basic office computer skills (office computer certificate is preferred)
    • * Have a personal laptop and Android phone for work.
    RIGHT:
    • Salary according to KPIs ranges from 10 - 15 million/month;
    • Regime: Ensure full regimes according to current laws and the Company's regulations

    OTHER INFORMATION
    • Working shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., 6 days/week;
    • Location: Dong Da, Thanh Tri, Tu Liem, Cau Giay, Ha Dong, Hoang Mai, districts in Hanoi (work location selected).
