Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Call CSHK to:

Receive information on evaluating NVBH (enthusiastic advice, good support, poor advice ...).
Record product quality reviews from customers.
Send customer feedback when needing warranty or support to the person in charge directly to resolve.
Statistical results by month and report.

Support the insurance management team: check the goods at the store, check the customer's capacity, learn about the goods.
And other tasks as required by management.

REQUEST

Gender: Female.
Experience: From six months to one year of experience in sales, consulting, customer care.
The voice is easy to hear, no slurred speech, no stuttering.
Have a spirit of learning and progress.

WORKING TIME

Office hours: Monday to Friday (from 7:30 to 17:30).
Off Saturday, Sunday.
Location: Office of Van Thien Sa Joint Stock Company, 3rd Street, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan District.

TRAIN

Apprenticeship at the Showroom for a month according to the office's time (7:30-17:30, Monday - Friday), can start from 8:00 am according to the opening time of the Showroom. Purpose: understand the activities of the showroom, product samples, price list, software, how to apply promotions ... From there, have a clear overview to serve work at the office.
After studying at the showroom, employees go to the office to work with the main job is customer service.
After mastering the job, customer service will support the work of the insurance management department (trained) (the salary will change when this level is reached).

RIGHT

Wage:

January: Apprenticeship at the store: 5,000,000 VND/month
February: Working at the customer service office: 6,000,000 VND/month

Then, depending on the capacity, the salary will be adjusted.
