2.1. Manage commodity information
- Receive and manage information about new products including: product name, product code, product description, product image, SKU, supplier.
- Check the product's features, effectiveness, and safety before providing it to the market
2.2. Receive and arrange goods
- Receive purchase information from the purchasing department to have a plan to receive goods at the appropriate time
- Arrange goods in the warehouse neatly and effectively, making them easy to find and see. Make sure the goods are not broken, wet or moldy.
2.3. Warehouse import and export statistics
- Create warehouse receipts to let goods go in and out of the warehouse, avoiding errors that distort inventory
2.4. Periodic inventory and inventory management
- Check inventory weekly and monthly to report on the quantity of goods in stock, damaged goods, repaired goods, and warranty goods, to prevent loss of goods.
- Manage inventory, promptly report items that are likely to run out in the next 15 days so that the purchasing department can have a plan to import goods to keep up with the sales schedule.
2.5. Commercial packaging
- Pack goods firmly, safely, and beautifully according to standards to customers, ensuring the correct and sufficient quantity of products for each order
- Avoid unfortunate situations such as breakage, damage, or dented goods during transportation
2.6. Coordinate transportation of goods
- Delivery on time as committed
- Hand over goods to the carrier periodically every day
- Coordinate personnel to transport urgent goods within the city
