    Job Description

    1. JOB OBJECTIVES

    • Manage, care and develop relationships with current and potential customers.
    • Support customers in the process of participating and maintaining life insurance contracts at AIA Binh Minh.
    • Consulting financial solutions suitable to customer needs.
    • Contribute to the company's growth and market expansion goals.

    2. MAIN TASKS

    Current customer care:

    • Maintain contact with customers to ensure best after-sales service.
    • Support customers in contract procedures, resolve arising requests.
    • Organize meetings and seminars to improve customer experience.

    New customer development:

    • Build and expand your prospect list.
    • Access, advise and introduce AIA life insurance products.
    • Customer orientation on finance and future protection.

    Contract management and after-sales service:

    • Track customer contract status for timely support.
    • Support customers in payment procedures, compensation claims, contract expiration.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

    Internal cooperation:

    • Coordinate with the Support Department to ensure smooth customer service process.
    • Work with the Communications & Marketing department to organize events to attract customers.
