Check the quality of goods during production:
Browse samples before mass producing products (ensure the product is the right size, color, quality, style...) according to customer order requirements.
Timely detect errors and propose corrective measures;
Record information about the cause of product errors, and suggest solutions
Receive information and handle quality problems of products produced at the factory.
Receive products from production and quality control departments before packaging.
Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, etc. departments to resolve design and product issues.
Monitor, check rates and specifically evaluate product quality situation from production departments.
Checking the quality of imported and exported goods through the warehouse:
Quality of goods before delivery to customers
Timely information and reports on cases of raw materials and finished products not meeting quality standards to relevant departments such as: Production Department, Planning - Sales Department, Warehouse
