    Job Description

    Detailed job description of QC staff:

    • Control of input material quality:
      • Carefully check the quality certificates and origin of raw materials.
      • Take random samples for comparison with technical standards.
      • Classify and isolate substandard raw materials.
    • Quality control during production:
      • Conduct periodic checks on technical parameters of machinery and production equipment.
      • Directly monitor the production process, promptly detect and handle deviations.
      • Take product samples at different stages to assess quality.
      • Build process control (SPC) charts to monitor quality trends.
    • Finished product quality control:
      • Conduct comprehensive product inspection before leaving the warehouse.
      • Make inspection report, record inspection results.
      • Handle non-conforming products according to regulations.
    • Analyze causes and suggest improvements:
      • In-depth analysis of the causes of errors and mistakes in production.
      • Propose measures to improve processes and technology to enhance product quality.
      • Participate in plant quality improvement teams.
