    Job Description

    • Quality control, monitoring of input materials testing;
    • Make project quality records;
    • Receive, check and monitor Legal Documents and Capacity Documents of Construction Contractors
    • Graduated from university or college
    • Have experience in at least 1 similar project

    Design Development - Shopdrawing Experience 3 - 5 Years - Proficient in Autocad

    Job Description

    • Apartment Project: 2 basements & 30 floors, currently implementing basement B2.
    • Deploy Shopdrawing drawings according to structural drawings issued by the Investor for approval.

    QS Officer (in charge of bidding)

    Job Description

    • Read design drawings, calculate bidding volume of projects.
    • Calculate the volume of construction measures.
    • Check and update changes to bidding documents.
    • Other tasks assigned by direct manager and Department Head.
    • Discuss specific jobs during interview.
