Job description
- Researching the company's products, understanding information about the company's products.
- Communicating and training product information to employees and customers.
- Main participation in the development of new products, shaping the image, packaging, content, message of the product.
- Survey, update market information of the product line in charge and actively research topics related to products in order to develop the company's product line.
- Create documents, content, POSM to help communicate about the product.
- Producing and managing content about products, creating content ideas: advertising images/videos... used for the Company's campaigns of online and offline communication channels to customers and inside the company.
- Working with suppliers, partners serving the company's work and Marketing department.
- Support the work of Marketing department and other departments if needed.
- Carry out marketing activities as assigned by the direct manager.
