Implement PR activities: Plan and implement PR activities to build and enhance the school's brand image.
Building press relations: Building, maintaining and developing relationships with press and media agencies to promote and report on school activities.
Conduct email marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including content writing, email design, customer list management, and campaign performance evaluation.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Use CRM software to manage and analyze customer data, develop customer care strategies and improve user experience.
Create media content: Write and edit content for media channels such as websites, PR articles, press releases, internal newsletters, and other publications.
Event organization: Support the organization of media events, seminars, and activities to promote the school's image.
Performance analysis and reporting: Monitor, analyze the effectiveness of PR and marketing activities and periodically report results to the Department Head.
Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with departments to implement communication and marketing programs in line with the organization's overall goals.
Perform other duties: Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
