1.Perform the work at the beginning of the shift:
- Perform restaurant cleaning: tables, chairs, floors...
– Perform setup work: Prepare table setup.
– Adjust the style: uniform, hat, board, name, neat and clean hair
- Join good morning.
2.Perform desk operations:
- Welcome guests, receive guests, invite guests to sit.
- Perform restaurant service steps.
– Directly record orders, introduce and advise drinks and dishes for guests, guide customers to use the restaurant's services.
– Transfer food and drink order information to the kitchen / cashier department
- Respond to customer requests as quickly as possible. Always maintain close concern with customers throughout the process of using the service.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen department to provide timely, complete and accurate dishes in the customer's order.
- Always monitor the response time of the kitchen's dishes and drinks for timely processing.
– Directly serve customers such as transferring drinks, dishes, cleaning dishes, answering questions, ... of customers.
– Directly make the payment process
- Goodbye to all customers.
3.Perform end-of-shift tasks:
- Clean all areas in charge.
- Sealing and handing over the property under his/her charge.
4. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors:
- Report daily or extraordinary work at the request of Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Manager
