Job description:
1/ Plan, check, implement maintenance, installation, training, and guide the use of office software, hospital management software, electronic medical records, and medical training.
2/ Manage website and software systems, ensure normal use, resolve arising issues 24/7. Update, store, secure, and protect the Company's database.
3/ Support users in handling problems while using computers, networks, email systems, internal software. Work with service providers and software applications.
4/ Cooperate with relevant departments to understand needs and find appropriate IT solutions.
5/ Research and develop processes, technical solutions, and projects related to information technology, aiming at virtual technology and artificial intelligence.
Request:
1/ Male/female, age
2/ Education: University or higher, computer software field. Having certifications in AI, machine learning, and virtualization technology will be an advantage (eg: Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, VMware Certified Professional).
3/ Experience: graduated with good or excellent grades, or 5 years or more of experience, priority given to candidates with experience working in a medical environment.
