JOB CONTENT- Neatly arrange food items, prepare ingredients for dishes for the Main Chef when requested.
- Check food quality, monitor the status of raw materials in the warehouse to propose timely import or destruction.
- Regularly clean and ensure food hygiene and safety in the kitchen area.
- Implement food and raw material preservation methods as required.
- Support preparation and cooking of some dishes when requested.
REQUEST- Male/Female between 18 and 40 years old; Graduated from grade 12/12 or higher or have a certificate in Culinary Arts or related fields.
- Experience working in a 3-5 star Restaurant/Hotel environment is an advantage.
- Priority is given to candidates with permanent residence in Tam Ky or nearby areas, with long-term commitment to the Company.
