Representing the General Director to welcome customers, organize events in the company/enterprise.
- Arrange work schedule for General Director, plan meetings, conferences.
- Build itineraries and schedules for the General Director including: booking air tickets, arranging vehicles and booking accommodation.
- Answer phones, messages to stakeholders, handle emails and important incoming messages.
- Manage electronic and paper documents.
- Deploy and receive the work of the superior to the departments.
- Make periodic or ad hoc reports for General Director/other departments.
- Monitor the progress of the company's work items, personnel-related issues, support budgeting and budget monitoring.
- On behalf of the General Director, make decisions when necessary and monitor the progress of work.
