    • Proactively seek, exploit and develop a set of partners with the right profile, expand partners through online, direct, telephone channels,... (posting, accessing and exploiting information to find suitable person to be a partner)
    • Consulting, opening points; Negotiate, negotiate and close contracts with partners.
    • Guide and support sales tools for partners such as banners/posters/product images, take care of partners on a daily basis, ensure partners understand the bonus policy and know how to do it, to promote sales efficiency , develop new customers and retain old customers.
    • Participate in organizing promotional programs and maintaining partner support in assigned areas to promote sales growth

    ** Partners are anyone who needs to earn extra income, has a lot of free time or has someone who is often at home to receive and deliver goods and has a family refrigerator

    Candidate requirements

    • Have persuasion and situation handling skills
    • Can work full-time at the company.
    • Having sales experience is an advantage.
    • No experience required, training will be provided.

    • Support practice carpentry if needed.
    • Fixed salary: 8,000,000 + KPI bonus. (Total income from 10,000,000/month or more)
    • Probation: 100% salary.
