1. Purpose of work:

- Ensure the quality of production samples before sending to customers.
- Timely solve problems related to materials/sample products.
2. Specific tasks:
- Perform inspection and measurement of indicators related to the quality of input materials/samples.
- Perform production, test and save samples according to ISO process.
- Check the quality of input materials, if detecting non-conformity, immediately report to relevant departments to notify NCC.
- Make test samples according to the approved sample formula and check the quality of the sample products that meet customer requirements.
- Research new products, improve product quality.
- Together with the Head of Technical and Quality Department to handle quality problems of input materials.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors, City of KT & CL.
