- Implement and monitor sustainability activities at the factory, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards (e.g. GRS, RCS, Higg Index, ZDHC...).
- Work directly with domestic and international clients to meet requirements related to environmental, social and corporate responsibility compliance.
- Collect, analyze and report data on environment, energy use, water, emissions... as required by departments or internal reporting programs (e.g. MAS Environmental Reporting Program).
- Support assessment and preparation of documents for third-party certification audits on sustainability and social development.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, HR, HSE...) to implement improvement activities related to environment, labor and compliance.
- Propose and implement initiatives to minimize environmental impact, save energy, and improve resource efficiency.
- Participate in domestic and international business trips as required by projects, clients or management.
- Train, guide and raise awareness of sustainable development for employees at all levels in the company.
