- General legal advice on real estate purchase and sale procedures, real estate documents.
- Draft all Official Documents, Minutes, Contracts related to Land transactions.
- Represent the Company in working with State agencies, parties, partners, and customers related to Land transactions;
- Proactively advise on legal situations arising in land transactions.
- Manage and monitor the progress of Official Dispatches, Minutes, Contracts, legal documents for Land transactions;
- Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview.
Candidate requirements:
- Have at least 01 year of experience in consulting on real estate buying and selling procedures, granting red books, transferring red books, and other real estate paperwork procedures.
- Qualification: Bachelor of Law; Bachelor of Land;
- Presentation, analytical and problem solving skills, good communication, agile style.
- Creative and able to withstand pressure at work: honest, enthusiastic, able to overcome difficulties and have a sense of responsibility.
