- Drafting/checking the legality of the Company's contracts
- Consulting and supporting departments/branches of the Company on legal issues
- Monitoring compliance with legal requirements in production and business activities of the Company.
- Implement legal procedures to apply for new issuance and renewal of licenses related to production and business activities of the Company, as assigned and directed by the Board of Directors.
- Participate in the preparation of reception, work with external units (service providers, law offices, authorities, ...) related to inspection, inspection, legal procedures or legal disputes as assigned and authorized by the Board of Directors.
- Research and update the system of legal documents related to production and business activities of the Company.
- Management of legal documents of the Company.
