Job Description

Responsible for the legal and legal aspects of the Company;
Participate in drafting contracts, documents, and transaction documents. Control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company.
Research laws, decrees, circulars,... related to the company's field of operation.
Advise the Board of General Directors on law.
Responsible for checking the legality and legality of all company transactions, ensuring all procedures and operating processes of the Company are legal;
Responsible for implementing procedures related to documents and procedures such as establishing, changing, and registering trademarks.
Manage the Company's legal documents and records according to regulations.
