- Job details:
Verify the accuracy of the match between the sales software and the actual cash/transfer transactions.
Supervise the issuance of VAT invoices to customers (if applicable).
Verify and cross-check inventory receipts and dispatches with the kitchen and bar departments.
Regularly monitor inventory at the end of each month, detect discrepancies, and report them promptly.
This includes total costs for electricity, water, gas, rent, marketing, and equipment maintenance.

- Job requirements:
Graduated from college/university with a major in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
Minimum 3 months of experience in an accounting position , preferably with experience in the F&B/Restaurant/Hotel industry .
Proficient in using accounting software (Misa, Fast) and Excel (Pivot, Vlookup).
Understand the tax procedures and invoicing documentation.
Careful, honest, and able to withstand high pressure during peak hours.
Communication skills, ability to work with other departments (kitchen, bar, cashier, shift manager).
