Job Description

WORK CONTENT
- Enter data, check and urge documents related to warehouse goods so that the data is updated continuously;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to check the accuracy between documents and actual counting;
- Regularly review and irregularly check data on the system and in reality, ensuring the accuracy of data;
- Monitoring on the system the products that exceed the norm or have the expiry date to give timely handling direction;
- Based on inventory, coordinate parts to re-order;
- Provide and work with accountants on vouchers;
- Coordinate with the warehouse department to conduct monthly inventory, export, and arrange goods according to the Company's regulations;
- Support other tasks as required by Manager.
