JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Planning and deploying recruitment for required positions:
- Synthesize needs, make recruitment plans and deploy recruitment according to the recruitment requirements of the units in accordance with the process
- Actively consult and interact with departments to ensure effective recruitment in terms of quantity and quality
- Organize the reception, integration training and monitor and report the probation status of new employees
2. Build and develop recruitment sources
- Building and developing recruitment channels and sources through posting and promoting recruitment brands (social networks: facebook, linkedln..., industry groups...)
- Actively search for new sources and apply tools in source generation activities, attracting candidates
3. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager: participate in organizing programs to develop corporate culture…
REQUEST
- Graduated from College or above, majoring in Human Resource Management
- From 2 years of experience in the field of human resources, including at least 1 year of recruitment
(Preferably with experience in recruiting Sales Engineer)
- Mastering interviewing techniques
- Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills
- Ability to write recruitment content
- Proficient in office computing, HR software, simple design (canva)
- Excited, enthusiastic, creative and responsible
- Under 30 years old, unmarried preferred
